Rushika Chandekar is a New Zealand registered physiotherapist passionate about helping people regain movement, independence, and confidence in their everyday lives. Her experience spans musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports massage, and aged care rehabilitation.

Her clinical experience includes treating acute injuries, sports injuries, degenerative conditions, and supporting recovery following surgery. Rushika takes a personalised approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education to help patients understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery.

Through her work in private practice and aged care, Rushika has supported people with a wide range of abilities and recovery goals. She values clear communication and a supportive treatment environment, tailoring care to each person’s needs, whether they are returning to sport, getting back to work, or moving more comfortably day to day. Rushika speaks English, Hindi, and Marathi.
