When you book an appointment, you’re reserving dedicated time with one of our practitioners. This time is no longer available to other patients, so we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment types. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice or missing your appointment entirely is considered a late cancellation or no-show, and may result in a cancellation fee.

Acupuncture Appointments

All acupuncture appointments require prepayment at the time of booking.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, your prepayment will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee. This is non-refundable, regardless of whether you rebook. Due to the extended time acupuncture bookings occupy, this policy is strictly enforced.

Prepayments & Account Credit

All prepayments are treated as account credit and function similarly to a gift card.

• Prepaid amounts are non-refundable.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the prepayment will be forfeited.

• If you cancel with 24h notice or reschedule ahead of time, the prepayment can be transferred to another appointment.

• If you do not wish to rebook, the prepayment remains as credit on your account for future use but cannot be refunded.

All Other Appointment Types

For chiropractic, physiotherapy, or other appointments, late cancellations and no-shows are also subject to a $25 cancellation fee, applied at our discretion.
If this happens 3 or more times within a 3-month period, we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee, even for ACC-funded visits.

Prepayments for these appointment types may also be forfeited if sufficient notice is not given.

Definitions

• A late cancellation is any cancellation made less than 24 hours before your appointment time.

• A no-show means you did not attend and did not notify us in advance.

• In both cases, cancellation fees apply at our discretion and are treated the same.
